White Bean and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz each) cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 can (14.5 oz each)Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, undrained
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together all ingredients in medium bowl.

4 servings (about 3/4 cup each)
