Orange Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cans biscuits
  • 1 block cream cheese cut into 20 pieces
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together sugar, pecans, and orange zest. Wrap each piece of cream cheese in a biscuit and seal the edges. It will look like a half circle. Dip biscuit in in butter and roll it in pecan mixture. Place seal down in greased bundt pan - Place all in 1 layer. Pour remaining pecan mixture and butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Mix powdered sugar and orange juice together and drizzle on top while warm.
