  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 12 fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 8 oz. crab meat
  • 1 pkg. wonton skins
  • 1 1/2 c. canola oil

Step 1

Using a food processor, soften cream cheese. Add chives, soy sauce, and hot sauce; mix well. Gently add crab meat.

Place 1 tsp. crab mixture into the center of each wonton.
Moisten edges of wonton w/ water and fold skin in half to form triangle; press edges to seal. Pull the bottom corners of the triangle down and overlap slightly; moisten corner w/ water and press to seal.

Pour oil into wok and set to SEAR. Heat oil to 350. Add 5 wontons at a time; cook for 4 mins. or till golden. Remove wontons and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Repeat with remaining wontons; serve.
