Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 Cups Milk
- 2 Cups Velveeta Cheese, cubed

Step 1
Melt butter over low heat; add flour and salt to make a roux. Slowly add milk and Velveeta Cheese, stirring constantly. You may use more Velveeta if desired. Stir until it thickens. Serve over broccoli or any vegetable you desire.
