Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 lb feta cheese crumbled
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teasp. salt and dash of pepper
- 3 pkgs frozen chopped spinach
- 1 box phyllo dough
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl beat eggs and add feta cheese, crumbled,parsley, fresh dill and lalt and pepper.
Line a 13x9 inch pan with 8 layers of phyllo dough brushing each layer with melted butter.
Pour filling into pan, add 8 more layers of dough and butter. Cut into diamond shape Bake until golden @350 degrees for 40-45 mins.
