Ingredients
- 1 bag (14oz) caramels (about 50)
- 2/3 cup half-and-half
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place unwrapped caramels and half-and-half in medium heavy saucepan; cook on low heat until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
2. Serve warm or at room temperature as a dip with assorted cookies, cut-up fresh fruit, pretzels or angel food cake cubes. Store any leftover dip in tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
