Mandarin Orange Cake

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 Box Butter Flavored Cake Mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges with 1/2 can of its juice
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple with 1/2 of it juice
  • 1 sm pkg of vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 8 oz containeer of Cook Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all cake ingredients together and bake at 350 in 2 layer cake pans. I used that flour and Pam to grease the pans beforehand. Cook for 40 minutes. Check with toothpick before removing from oven - not sure on time.

Cool

Mix topping ingredient together. Frost between cake layers and on top. Chill.
