Ingredients
- 1 3/4 Cups milk chocolate morsels
- 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 1 prepared 8 inch chocolate crumb crust
Preparation
Step 1
Microwave chocolate morsels in a medium, uncovered microwave safe bowl on medium-high for 1 minute. Stir. If necessary, microwave an additional 10 to 15 seconds intervals, stirring just until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
Beat melted Chocolate, cream cheese and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until light in color. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
