Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 pork chops ( boneless)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 package sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 can (10.75) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Step 1
1. heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, and garlic powder. Cook pork in the oil, until brown on both sides. Remove from pan, set aside. In the same pan cook mushrooms and onions until brown and begin to soften, 3-5 minutes usually.
2. Pour wine in slow cooker, stir in onions and mushrooms. Place pork chops on top.
3. Combine mushroom soup with sour cream in bowl. Mix together and spread over pork in slow cooker. Cover, cook on low 7-8 hrs.
