Miniature Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box graham cracker crumbs -- or vanilla wafers (1 box = 4x)
• 16 ounces cream cheese -- softened
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 can pie fruit filling -- cherry, blue berry (2 cans of the more fruit)

Preparation

Step 1

*Using tassie pans and 1 1/4 tassie liners - put 1 teaspoon crumbs int
each liner, which are fitted into tassie pans

use foil liners when adding butter

*FOR THE FILLING cream together Cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla

*Fill each liner almost to top

*Bake 350 for 15 minutes

*chill and place desired fruit topping

4x = 20 dozen
