Ingredients

• cups flour -- for dough
• 3 sticks butter
• 1 cup sour cream
• 5 tablespoons flour -- for filling
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup shortening
• 1 cup marshmallow cream
• powdered sugar -- for rolling

Preparation

Step 1

DOUGH
* Mix together flour and butter like pie dough

*Add sour cream , roll into 2 or 3 balls

* chilll over night

*Roll out on flour and powder sugar50-50 mix cut 1/2" by 4" strips, place
on pins

*Bake 350 for 15 - 20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet

FILLING
*In sauce pan cook flour and milk till thick

*Cool and skim off top (if needed)

*Add sugar, crisco, and Marshmellow cream (whip well)

*Fill Cookie
