Ingredients
- dry ingredients:
- 3.5 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raw cashews
- .5 cup blanched almonds
- .5 cups raw sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- .25 cup flax seeds
- .75 cup coconut flakes
- 1 Tab salt
- 1 tab cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- wet ingredients:
- .5 cup light brown sugar
- .25 cup maple syrup
- .5 cup sunflower oil
- 1.0 cups honey

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 275 and spray 2 cookie sheets w/nonstick spray or cover with parchment paper
mix wet ingredients in one bowl
mix dry ingredients in another bowl
mix wet and dry ingredients
toss all w/an egg white
spread the mix on 2 cookie sheets
bake 40 minutes
cool on counter for 1 hour
break it up and put into container.
done.
