Ingredients

  • dry ingredients:
  • 3.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • .5 cup blanched almonds
  • .5 cups raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • .25 cup flax seeds
  • .75 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 Tab salt
  • 1 tab cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • wet ingredients:
  • .5 cup light brown sugar
  • .25 cup maple syrup
  • .5 cup sunflower oil
  • 1.0 cups honey

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 275 and spray 2 cookie sheets w/nonstick spray or cover with parchment paper

mix wet ingredients in one bowl

mix dry ingredients in another bowl

mix wet and dry ingredients

toss all w/an egg white

spread the mix on 2 cookie sheets

bake 40 minutes

cool on counter for 1 hour

break it up and put into container.

done.
