MUSTARD TOPPED SALMON

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 TBSP. brown sugar
  • 1 TBSP. chopped fresh dill (1 tsp. if using dried)
  • 1/8 C. grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 C. mayonnaise (can use reduced fat)
  • 1-1/2 lbs. salmon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients and spread on salmon. Bake at 400 for approx. 20 min.
