Ingredients
- 1-1/2 TBSP. brown sugar
- 1 TBSP. chopped fresh dill (1 tsp. if using dried)
- 1/8 C. grainy Dijon mustard
- 1/4 C. mayonnaise (can use reduced fat)
- 1-1/2 lbs. salmon
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients and spread on salmon. Bake at 400 for approx. 20 min.
