Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced chopotle chile in adobo sauce
- 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
- Boneless/skinless Chicken Thighs

Preparation
Step 1
Combine marmalade, vinegar, chiles, and adobo sauce in a sauce pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until syrupy.
Salt and pepper chicken.
Apply sauce to thighs and grill.
