Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1-6 oz. tomato sauce
- pinch oregano
- pinch crushed red pepper
- 8 oz. pasta water
- 19 oz. can progresso lentil soup
- 1/2 lb. linguine broken in 4 parts or more if desired.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook garlic in oil, do not brown
add oregano and hot pepper
Add tomato sauce
Cook linguine in water, res. 1 cup pasta water
Add lentil soup to tomato sauce mix then add drained linguine
