Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 1 box Duncan Hines marble cake mix
- 2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 box instant pudding
- 1 c. milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Make marble cake according to directions on box. Put in greased and floured 11 x 13 inch pan. Beat Ricotta cheese, sugar, and eggs together until smooth. Pour on top of cake mix. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 1 hour. Cool cake. Mix together 1 box instant pudding, 1 cup milk, and 8 ounces Cool Whip. Spread on cake. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. We use egg beaters for 2 of the eggs.
