Ingredients
- 1-1/2 C mayonnaise
- 1 TBS Dijon or Creole mustard
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 1 TBS tobasco sauce
- 1 TBS Worchestershire sauce
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp curry powder
- Ritz crackers
- 2 lb any firm fish (orange roughy, salmon. tuna) - 8 filets
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except crackers and fish. Place fish in large ovenproof casserole and spread mix over filets. Sprinkle with crumbled Ritz crackers and bake at 400 for 25 - 30 minutes (20 minutes if using half recipe), or until fish flakes easily with a fork
