Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1-8oz. bottle clam juice
- 1 can minced clams
- 1 Teasp parsley flakes
- 1/2-3/4 light cream
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer onion and butter for 5 mins. Stir in flour then stir in clam juice, minced clams and parsley flakes.
Simmer for 5 mins. Remove from heat and stir in light cream, preheated. salt to taste, ganish with paprika
