Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Use 3 10 inch tortilla. Grill tortilla llightly on both sides. Place first tortilla on baking sheet, lightly sprayed with vegetable oil. Top with chicken breast meat for fajitas and cheese, the top with another tortilla and then add peppers, onions and cheese. Then top with last tortilla. Garnish with salsa and sour cream. Also top with lettuce, diced tomatoe, black olives and chopped cilantro.
