Ingredients
- 2 lbs chuck or Round (Cut in Strips)
- 3 tbsp margarine
- 2 cups water (Hot)
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 4 pepper cut in fourths
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat in margarine. Add hot water and bouillon cubes; and simmer for one hour or until meat is tender. Add peppers and cook only until tender, crisp. Thicken with a mixture of water, cornstarch and soy sauce. Serve over hot rice.
