Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 package small grated coconut
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 stick butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Use one oblong cake pan.
Do not mix ingredients.
1. Pour pineapple with its juice into pan.
2. Place coconut on top of pineapple evenly.
3. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the coconut.
4. Slice butter and distribute evenly over the coconut.
5. Place pecans on top.
Bake 45 minutes until brown.
Serve with whipped cream.
