Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ziti pasta
- 1 pound ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese ; shredded
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350.
Boil ziti until done (not too soft).
Drain.
In a bowl combine ricotta and half the mozzarella.
Add the cooked ziti and mix.
In a greased 13x9 pan, pour half the spaghetti sauce.
Spoon ziti mixture over it.
Cover with the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
Bake 20-30 minutes.
