Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 T water
- 1 T sugar
- 3/8 tsp salt
- 1 T butter (or use cooking spray)
- 1/4 C fresh strawberries sliced and sugared (or frozen)
- 2 T sour cream
- 2 T powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix eggs, water, sugar, salt with fork
2. Heat omelet pan and butter (or spray pan); pour in egg mixture
3. As edges begin to set, use spatula to draw the cooked edges toward the center , tilting pan as necessary to allow uncooked portions to flow to the bottom.
4. When all eggs are nearly set, place strawberries on 1/2 of the omelet, fold over and slip to serving plate.
5. Spread sour cream on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Add addtional strawberries as desired
