Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of cashews
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp of chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp of cayenne
- 1 tbsp of tahini
- 1 tbsp of mellow white miso
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 2 tbsp of cornstarch or arrowroot
- 5-10 pieces of jarred jalapeno slices (depending on how much spice you like)

Preparation
Step 1
Put all of your ingredients into your food processor and mix until it forms a liquid. Pour into a medium sauce pan and warm on medium heat, stirring constantly. Once the sauce thickens up a bit it’s ready to pour over your nachos.
