Ingredients

  • 1/2

    cup of cashews

  • 1/2

    cup nutritional yeast

  • 1

    tbsp of chili powder

  • 1/2

    tsp paprika

  • 1/2

    tsp onion powder

  • 1/2

    tsp garlic powder

  • 1

    tsp ground mustard

  • 1

    tsp of cayenne

  • 1

    tbsp of tahini

  • 1

    tbsp of mellow white miso

  • 2

    cups of almond milk

  • 2

    tbsp of cornstarch or arrowroot

  • 5-10

    pieces of jarred jalapeno slices (depending on how much spice you like)

Directions

Put all of your ingredients into your food processor and mix until it forms a liquid. Pour into a medium sauce pan and warm on medium heat, stirring constantly. Once the sauce thickens up a bit it’s ready to pour over your nachos.
