Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons raisins
- 3 anchovy filets
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- 1 head of broccoli florets only
- 2 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoons of pine nuts
- 1 pound of bucatini

Preparation
Step 1
1. soften raisins in warm waterfor 15 minutes
2.dissolve the tomato paste in 1/4 cup warm water
3.blanch broccoli in salted boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes
4. retrieve broccoli with a slotted spoon from the water
5. In a large skillet, saute garlic, add anchovies and tomato paste solution and cook mixture for 10 minutes
6. chop broccoli and then add to the skillet
7. add pine nuts
8. cook the pasta in the broccvoli water for al dente
9. stir the pasta into the skillet and cook for five more minutes
10. let the mixture rest for 5 to ten minutes
11. YOu can make sure it is hot if you put it in the oven for 5 minutes at 425
