Cornish Hens

Ingredients

• 2 Hens
• Salt
• Ground Black Pepper
• Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse hens and dry
salt & pepper
Stuff cavity with stuffing
Baste both sides with melted butter
Cover with foil
Roast at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes
remove foil
Finish roasting another 45 minutes basting with butter
