Ingredients
- 4 med carrots, halved
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup water, divided
- 1 1/2 tsp dried sage, divided
- 2 skinless turkey thighs or drumsticks
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
Combine carrots, onion, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp sage in slow cooker. Place turkey on top and sprinkle with remaining sage.
Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low.
