Ingredients
- 1/3 cup thawed unsweetened apple juice
- 2 tsps ground cinnamon
- 8 tsps Splenda
- 8 cups thinly sliced baking apples like Granny Smith
- 1 tbsp butter
- pastry for double crust 9 inch pie

Preparation
Step 1
Mix apples with cinnamon and splenda. Line pie plate with bottom crust. Add apple mixture and pour juice over apples, dot with butter. Roll out top crust to fit top of pie, cut slits in top crust, place over filling, seal, and flute edges. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until apples are tender.
