    Lb Italian Sausage

  • 1/2

    Minced Onion

  • 1/3

    Cup Bread Crumbs

  • 2

    Cloves Garlic-Minced

  • 1/2

    Cup Romano Cheeese

  • Mozarella Cheese-shredded

  • 1

    Tsp Salt

  • 1

    Box Large Shells

  • 1

    Egg

Directions

Brown Meats, drain grease. Add onion and garlic. Saute together until tender. Cook Shells until al dente. Place meat mixture in large bowl. Add cheeses, egg, bread crumbs and salt. Mix well together and stuff cooked shells. (use mozarella according to taste). In oblong baking dish place sauce to cover bottom. Arrange stuffed shells in dish. Cover with sauce and sprinkle mozarella cheese over sauce. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes'
