Ingredients
- 1 lb prepared pizza dough
- 1/2 lb smoked mozzarella, thinly sliced
- 1 small lemon, very thinly sliced, seeds & ends discarded
- 1.5 T EVOO
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- 1/4 t ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Stretch & press dough w/your fingers into a 14" circle on a large pizza pan or stone.
3. Arrange mozzarella & lemon slices over the crust, drizzle w/oil, & sprinkle w/salt & pepper.
4. Bake until golden brown & bubbly, ~ 20 min.
5. Cut into thin slices & serve immediately. Makes 1 14" pizza to serve 4.
