Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup pureed onion
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cream
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan. Add the onions and cook until translucent. Add flour, cook for 1 minute. Add tomato sauce, chicken stock and salt - cook for 1 hour. Add cream and serve over cabbage rolls.
