Tomato Sauce Roasted grape tomatos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 6 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of smashed garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation

Step 1

1.preheat oven to 325 degrees
mix together tomatoes and garlic in 9 X 13 glass baking dish
whisk together : vinegar thyme brown sugar salt in a bowl, drizzle over tomato


2. bake until tomatoes are softened and caramelized about 1 hour
serve warm or at room temperature.
can be stored up to 5 days in refrigerator.
let cool before storing.
