Ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2/3 Cup Mashed Pumpkin or Squash
- 1/4 Cup Melted Shortening

Step 1
Combine dry ingredients. Beat egg and add milk, pumpkin, and shortening. Add to dry ingredients, stirring only until mixed. Dip batter into greased muffin tins. Bake at 425 degrees approximately 20 minutes.
