Ingredients
- 4 -6 Green onions, chopped.
- 1/2 can bamboo shoots chopped
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts.
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. diced meat (ham,pork.
- Chicken, or shrimp)
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 3/4 c. fresh bean sprouts
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbls. Sesame oil
- 2 Tbs. Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbd. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbs. Cooking Sherry
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Mix the above ingredients. Put about 2--3 TBls. filling in each egg roll skin. Fold and deep fry until golden brown. Serve with
Sweet sour sause. Makes 16 egg rolls.
