Ingredients
- 3-4 lb. roast
- oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 t. salt
- 1 t. prepared mustard
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat in oil on both sides. Put in slow cooker.
Blend together remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Cover. Cook on low 12-16 hours.
