Mom's Fudge Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup butter melted with 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
• 1 Cup sugar
• 1 Cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 Cups flour
• 1 Cup buttermilk mixed with 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/3 Cup hot water
• 1 Tsp vanilla
• Frosting
• 3 Tbsp butter
• 1 1/2 Cup XXX sugar
• 2-3 Heaping tbsp cocoa
• 1 Tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients except hot water and chocolate
Add hot water to melted chocolate, mix until smooth
Combine together and cool slightly
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes

Frosting
Boil a bit of water and add it drop by drop until mixture is spreading consistency
