Baked Hash Browns

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 packages frozen hash brown potatos
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 12-oz package cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream chicken or celery soup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 cups cornflakes crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients but topping together. Pour into 9x13 greased pan. Put on topping.

Bake 1 1/2 hour at 350
