Preparation
Step 1
BROWN: pork poast. TRIM all fat.
MIX: broth, preserves, onion, & mustard in slow cooker.
Cut roast to fit cooker.
COVER/COOK: 8-9, L (or til done)
FOR THICKER SAUCE: mix tog. 2 tabs. cornstarch + 2 tabs. water.
(remove roast from cooker.)
Letsauce come to a boil (10 min.) til
thick.
