Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes, cubed
- 10 basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 c chopped green onions
- 1 prebaked deep dish pie shell
- 1 c grated mozzarella
- 1 c grated cheddar
- 1 c mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Place tomatoes in colander in sink. Sprinkle with salt and allow to drain for 10 minutes.
Combine tomatoes, basil and green onions. Place in pie shell. Season with salt and pepper. Combine grated cheeses and mayonnaise together. Spread on top of tomato mixture and bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve warm.
