Taco Dip

Easy dip a favorite at parties

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 8oz. package of Neufetchel
  • 12 oz shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef drain off any fat. Add taco seasoning according to package directions. Spread Neufetchel evenly into the bottom of a 13x9 glass baking dish. Top with ground beef mixture spreadingly evenly. Top with shredded cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minute or until cheese on top is melted.

Serve warm with tortilla chips.
