Ingredients
- 8 oz light cream cheese
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese or Tex Mex cheese
- 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapeno peppers
- 4 oz black olives, chopped
- 7 or 8 large tortillas
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients spread on tortillas and roll them up.
Refrigerate 1 – 2 hours. Cut into 1’’pieces. Serve with salsa.
