Spicy Tortilla Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 8 oz light cream cheese
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese or Tex Mex cheese
  • 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 4 oz black olives, chopped
  • 7 or 8 large tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients spread on tortillas and roll them up.
Refrigerate 1 – 2 hours. Cut into 1’’pieces. Serve with salsa.
