Creamed Shrimp and Peas

  • 2 Tbs. Butter
  • 2 Tbs. Flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Cooked or Canned Shrmip
  • 1 Cup Frozen Peas



Step 1

Melt butter. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Slowly add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add shrimp and peas. Heat through. Serve on buttered toast or biscuits.
