Ingredients
- 1/2 Ham, 5-6 lbs.
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 6 Medium Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Cup Crushed Pineapple

Preparation
Step 1
Rub fat side of ham with brown sugar. Peel sweet potatoes and arrange around ham. Pour crushed pineapple over ham. Bake at 325 degrees allowing approximately 25 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
