Bring on the Brats

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Onion,
  • Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 (12oz) Bottles Beer
  • 4 Fully Cooked Brats
  • 1 Tbsp A1 Steak Sauce
  • 4 Flour Tortillas (8 inch),
  • Warmed
  • 4 Slices American Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT grill to medium heat.
Cook and stir onions in hot oil in
large nonstick skillet on medium-
high heat 5 min. or until onions
are golden brown; cover. Simmer
on low heat 10 min.
MEANWHILE, B
Bring beer to a boil in medium saucepan.
Add brats; cook 5 min. Drain brats.
Grill 4-5 min or until heated through
and browned, turning occasionally.
STIR
A1 into onions. Top tortillas with cheese
slice, onions and brat; roll up and enjoy!
