My father's recipe for peanut butter pie - He loved them!

Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust or 1 oreo crust
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 10 oz. whipped topping
  • Chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Chill crust in the refrigerator. For filling, beat cream cheese and peanut butter. Add powdered sugar and milk. Fold in whipped topping, making sure mixture is well blended. Spoon into chilled crust. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Freeze. Stores well in the freezer for about 2 months.
