Ingredients

  • DOUGH:
  • 2 c flour
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1/2 lb cream cheese
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 t baking powder
  • FILLING:
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 c chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 lb raisins
  • 2-3 t cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

DOUGH:

Cream butter and sugar.

Add all other ingredients by hand.

Cut dough into quarters, refrigerate.

Roll each quarter into circles. Cut into pie wedges (6 - 8 slices).

FILLING:

Sprinkle wedges with filling.

BAKE 15 - 20 minutes, until golden.
