Ingredients
- 2 sticks of butter softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups of sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package -- 13 ounces -- candy bar miniatures
Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, Peter butter and sugars and beat till fluffy.
Slowly add eggs and vanilla, salt and soda, and then flour.
Cover and chill dough for 2 to 3 hours.
Unwrapped all candy.
Divide dough into 1 tablespoon pieces and flatten.
Place the candy in the center of dough.
Form dough into a ball around candy.
Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 300° for 10 to 12 minutes.
