Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1- 1 1/2 # lean ground beef
  • 3/4 c rolled oats
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 t salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Combine above ingredients and shape into 1 to 2 inch balls. Place in casserole dish. Cover with sauce and bake @ 350* for 30 minutes.

Sauce:
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c vinegar
1 t prepared mustard
1/4 c barbecue sauce
1 t Worcestershire sauce

Combine and blend. Heat and pour over meatballs.
